As part of the Business School, we focus on understanding real estate from a finance and investment perspective together with the role of real estate in business generally.<br/><br/>We are concerned with how to create value in property and manage it responsibly. Real estate forms nearly 70% of the global asset wealth and is responsible for 40% of global energy use and so is important to everyone. You will be taught by internationally recognised researchers, working on current challenges in property markets, and by experts in professional practice.
