**Study the theory, design and management of key civil engineering subjects in a zero-carbon economy.**<br/><br/>From geotechnical to water, structural or materials engineering, study a masters that focuses on the future of civil engineering in industry and the world. Taught in the context of a future zero-carbon economy, youll learn the theory and design aspects to help you navigate the new challenges up ahead successfully.<br/><br/>Throughout the course, a mix of theory, practical and collaborative activities help you advance your professional, design and research skills. Part of this is working in multidisciplinary design teams to solve the big problems facing the world right now. You’ll also have the opportunity to carry out a large research project with support and supervision from our academic specialists.<br/><br/>To help prepare you for the workplace, some of your learning experience and design work will be with students on other construction-related master’s here at Bath.
