**If you’re interested in developing and improving team performance, our Elite Coaching Practice course is for you. It’s the result of an exciting collaboration between us and Pentagon Sport, to produce the first endorsed level 4 UK Coaching Certificate.**<br/><br/>You’ll develop your critical understanding of the theories and practice of sports coaching and acquire a range of intellectual, professional, managerial and transferable skills that are essential for the modern sports coach.<br/><br/>You’ll either be focusing on the development of the very best performers, and maximising their potential in competition, or looking at how athletes develop, from children to elite adults.<br/><br/>Emphasis throughout the programme is on developing your critical reflective and analytical skills from both a theoretical and applied perspective.<br/><br/>**Why study with us**<br/>- Our programme is highly flexible and student-centred.
