Learn about the multiple and complex challenges facing this industry, such as decarbonisation, wide scale digitisation, and decentralisation.<br/><br/>A decision-maker, such as a CEO, government minister, or managing director, has to understand competing views, compare their implications, and determine a suitable way forward. You will learn about fundamental concepts and how to formulate the necessary steps to carry out these changes.
