Course Overview - Art History & Visual Culture and English with Employment Experience BA (Hons)


- Interpret works of art (including architecture, and design) as well as images, objects and practices in order to understand contemporary and past societies.


- Art, history and culture embedded on campus with the Exeter Northcott Theatre, Bill Douglas Cinema Museum, Lemon Grove and Great Hall as music venues and student theatre Roborough Studios. Exeter has also recently been awarded UNESCO City of Literature status.


- Develop your expertise in subjects that range from early medieval to contemporary literature, film and creative writing.
