**AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING:**- is about how aircraft are designed, constructed and powered, how they are used and how they are controlled for safe operation. You’ll take part in practical laboratories, including running a jet engine test and a flight-testing course in a Saab 340B aircraft during year 5 of the MEng. There are contributions to aircraft design classes by engineers from the industrial sector and, whenever possible, visits to industrial sites.
