The Postgraduate Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing (V300) is suitable for all nurses and midwives registered with the NMC and practice in an area of clinical need in which prescribing from the British National Formulary will improve patient care.
The aim of the course is to provide opportunities to develop and demonstrate knowledge, understanding and skills in prescribing practice through independent reasoned thought, systematic enquiry, reflection and evaluation.
