A Master of Laws (LLM) in International Arbitration, offered by The University of Law, is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduates to enhance your academic legal knowledge. This internationally recognised Master’s will give you the skills to progress in the arbitration industry and can open up pathways to a career as a domestic or international mediator or arbitrator in a range of industries such as construction.<br/><br/>The LLM International Arbitration course will allow you to explore issues surrounding International Arbitration, providing the substantive knowledge needed in order to enhance your practice.<br/><br/>This course focuses on international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration. You’ll cover the legal framework of international commercial arbitration, comparing the English law of arbitration with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
