This course focuses specifically on developing an in-depth knowledge of International Finance Law and can open up pathways to careers in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, compliance, regulation, and more.<br/><br/>The LLM International Finance Law will provide you with the opportunity to explore issues surrounding finance law. This course will cover major regulatory and transactional issues in international financial and banking law. It focuses on the major transactions carried out by investment banks, transnational banks and multinational corporations in the vast global financial markets which have developed in London, New York and Tokyo in recent years, as well as in locations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Paris and Sydney.
