A Master of Laws (LLM) in Investment Regulation, offered by The University of Law, is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduates to enhance your academic legal knowledge. This course will explore issues such as Foreign direct investment; Bilateral, regional and multilateral investment agreements and investment contracts; Fair and equitable treatment, full protection and security and umbrella clauses; Compensation; Dispute settlement; and Public interest issues.
