You will have the opportunity to study a range of specialist areas including law, artificial intelligence and robotics; digital copyright and design law; global data protection law; and regulation of the digital economy and the information society.<br/><br/>**Research-led teaching**<br/><br/>The School of Law is home to the University of Nottingham Commercial Law Centre, which is committed to the promotion of research excellence in the field of commercial law as well as the impact of research on commercial law reform and development, nationally and internationally. The centre is co-directed by Professor Paul Torremans, a leading authority in the field of trademark and patent law.<br/><br/>We believe that hands-on experience is crucial to students’ learning development and workplace preparation. Depending on module selection, students may have opportunities to interact with emerging technologies and delve into real-world case studies through collaborations with the university’s Cobot Maker Space and the school’s Law and Tech Lab.
