Accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, our modular degree programme can open up career opportunities helping building owners and developers realise dwelling and commercial opportunities.<br/><br/>Led by academics and industry practitioners, you will build a comprehensive knowledge base of the development lifecycle. As you explore the relationship between a building and its internal and external environments, you’ll recognise how to diagnose problems with existing buildings and be aware of conservation regeneration and the regulatory frameworks that guide development.<br/><br/>**Get closer to industry**<br/>Located at the heart of the largest property and construction market outside of London, Salford is a great choice for building surveying. Drawing on our strong links with the construction industry and professional bodies, you will experiences site visits, guest speakers and placements. Working with ex-practitioner tutors, you will develop your surveying skills by working on live local projects with real clients and local surveying practices.
