Sociology at Sussex is an exciting place to pursue critical research in sociology, criminology and interdisciplinary fields relating to:<br/><br/><br/>- childhood and education<br/><br/><br/>- crime and violence<br/><br/><br/>- gender<br/><br/><br/>- health and care<br/><br/><br/>- migration. <br/><br/><br/>We are an active, research-intensive department whose work on questions about sexuality, identity, ageing, policing and hate crime is influencing public and policy debates worldwide. <br/><br/>We understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision.
