**Overview**<br/><br/>Business Psychology gives you insight into the application of behavioural and motivational models to the workplace. A strong emphasis is placed on effective management competencies in areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, resource management and critical reflection. <br/><br/>At Worcester our courses have been designed to develop you as the psychologist of the future.
