Applicants will be expected to have at least 48 UCAS points which may be derived from a Level 3 qualification which could include BTEC Extended Diploma or City & Guilds Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in a related subject, T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction or at least two A Levels (grade A-E).
Applicants will also need four GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above including Maths, English Language and Science.
