The course will enable you to apply a commercial mind-set to sustainable business practice.<br/><br/>You’ll explore the strategic importance of human resource and people management, as well as contemporary issues such as globalisation, sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation, social responsibility, diversity, ethics, and risk management.<br/><br/>As well as looking at how businesses operate, our BSc (Hons) Business and Management degree has a strong focus on learning and development. You’ll acquire a comprehensive understanding of the way individuals – as well as organisations – learn, develop, and grow.
