Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Power) HTQ HNC

The Level 4 HNC lays the foundation of higher learning in electrical engineering. This develops and strengthens core skills while preparing students for specialist subjects at Level 5 or to enter employment and will be competent in a range of subject-specific and general skills and qualities relevant to key areas of engineering. <br/><br/>This HNC is specifically designed for students wishing to progress in electrical engineering. It has a range of units focussed on electrical engineering with an emphasis on Power. It provides a good grounding in Engineering whilst providing a specialism at higher level. <br/><br/>All units are supported by industry experienced staff in purpose built labs extensively equipped for this subject area. <br/><br/>This is a Fulltime route with all content delivered in one year.<br/><br/>Various trips to support modules may be offered throughout the year dependent on company availability. Previous trips have included manufacturers, automation plants and power stations.
