Successful completion of the course will enable students to enhance their employment prospects and/or to progress to higher academic study. A key feature of this course is a work-based learning placement within the student’s chosen sector. In the past students have secured placements in Planning Departments of Local Councils, Housing Associations, Private Planning Consultancies and Residential/Commercial Estate Agents.
