This BSc Business and Human Resource Management is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of how businesses and their workforce operate and succeed, while providing you with a range of practical skills needed in todays world of business.<br/><br/>You will learn:<br/><br/><br/>- the analytical skills to critically appraise and challenge existing managerial and business practices in the area of human resource management<br/><br/><br/>- how organisations are managed and the environment in which they operate<br/><br/><br/>- how decisions are made in organisations<br/><br/><br/>- how to manage organisational behaviour and change.<br/><br/><br/>If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study.
