**Animal welfare laws in Britain have meant that there is now more control and regulation of all animal-based enterprises. This has resulted in a greater need for a scientific approach to animal management and welfare across all businesses that work with animals.** <br/><br/>Over three years you’ll develop the skills to collect and analyse scientific data independently as you research topics of your own choice, often with specific employment goals in mind. Canterbury is just 50 miles south-east of London and less than an hour by high-speed train from St Pancras.
