Developing the skills and knowledge required to effectively implement change and inform your actions with an evidence base, you will gain a range of pragmatic tools to enable you to apply theory to practice.<br/><br/>There will also be an opportunity to learn about research methodologies and undertake a project utilising your leadership and change management skills.
