<strong>PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO YEAR 1 INTAKE FOR THIS PROGRAMME</strong><br/><br/>If you are interested in a career developing societally beneficial data science and artificial intelligence solutions to real-world problems like climate change and sustainable development, this programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills required. Years 1 and 2 will prepare you by providing a fundamental grounding in computing and software development, building the required foundation in mathematics and programming skills. Years 3 and 4 will see you build on these skills with specialised topics such as machine learning, data visualisation and advanced data science. If you choose to study with us you will develop essential technical skills and creative thinking required for solving challenges in key areas such as climate, health, sustainability, finance and many more. Students have the option of a year-long industrial placement or the possibility to study abroad through Turing exchanges. Students are also encouraged to take part in activities with the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE).
