Who studies rural estate, property and land management courses? Those who are interested in estate/property and land management and a desire to work in an exciting, dynamic industry. If the prospect of dealing with rural, commercial or residential property appeals to you, you have come to the right university. For the previous version of this course, the City and Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma, we require grade D. We do not accept the 720 GLH version as fully meeting our Level 3 entry requirements.
