It’s ideal for those who need to gain subject-specific knowledge and skills in order to progress with the full BSc Sports and Exercise Sciences qualification.<br/><br/>We’ll introduce you to the core disciplines of biomechanics, physiology, and psychology. You will also explore a wide range of related disciplines to give you the opportunity to tailor your studies to suit your career interests. This can include nutrition, performance analysis, health and exercise, and strength and conditioning and injury.<br/><br/>Learn from lecturers who are industry professionals and research active. You could also have the chance to work alongside one of our competing sports teams, with elite-level athletes on campus, or children in local schools.
