The University has received an overall rating of Gold, as well as securing a Gold award in the frameworks two new student experience and student outcomes categories. <br/><br/><br/> **About this course**<br/>This course introduces you to pharmacy as a science-based healthcare professional.<br/><br/><br/>The preparatory year is designed so that you’ll not only have a solid theoretical understanding in each of the subject areas, but gain good grounding in practical skills and help you feel confident to progress to more demanding aspects of the MPharm degree course.<br/><br/>Success in your foundation year means you’ll be able to progress to the MPharm degree course. You’ll need an average of 70% in the foundation year science modules (with at least 70% in chemistry). <br/><br/>**Future Skills** <br/>Embedded within every course curriculum and throughout the whole Kingston experience, Future Skills will play a role in shaping you to become a future-proof graduate, providing you with the skills most valued by employers such as problem-solving, digital competency, and adaptability. <br/><br/>As you progress through your degree, youll learn to navigate, explore and apply these graduate skills, learning to demonstrate and articulate to employers how future skills give you the edge. <br/><br/>At Kingston University, were not just keeping up with change, were creating it. <br/><br/>**Career opportunities**<br/>You’ll be able to progress to Year 1 of the MPharm course if you meet the above requirements.
