This course is for doctors at any stage of their careers who are interested in developing and proving their commitment to:<br/><br/>Improving patient experience and service delivery<br/>Demonstrating caring, compassionate, authentic leadership<br/>Developing leadership capacity to achieve medical and organisational impact<br/>The course is designed to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills in line with the Medical Leadership Competency Framework.<br/><br/>**The PgCert includes:**<br/>- To achieve a Postgraduate Certificate, you will complete the three core modules outlined in the course structure below.<br/><br/><br/>- You then have to complete one of the following: Collaborative and Team Working, Leading and Managing People, or Leading Others Through Change.<br/><br/><br/>- Then one of the following: Analysing Drivers for Change or Models for Planning Change.<br/><br/><br/>- Finally, you will complete one of our optional modules.<br/><br/><br/>**The PgDip includes**<br/>To achieve a Postgraduate Diploma, you will first complete the modules required for the Postgraduate Certificate. You will then further develop your skills by completing the following:<br/>- Negotiating Your Professional Development<br/><br/><br/>- A 20-credit work-based project<br/><br/><br/>- Optional modules<br/><br/><br/>**The MSc includes:**<br/>- Negotiating Your Professional Development<br/><br/><br/>- A 60-credit work-based project<br/><br/><br/>- Optional modules<br/><br/><br/>Students may also make a claim (APL) to gain credits for exemption from some modules.
