You’ll study the design, planning, financing and construction of organisations, products, infrastructure and places where people live, travel and play.<br/><br/>Equipped with essential knowledge, skills and behaviours of a project manager, you’ll be introduced to the principles behind the construction process. This course will develop your know-how, enabling you to expertly and confidently plan, programme and allocate resources to projects.
