Building Services Engineering FdEng

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our courses up to date and aligned with current industry standards, this programme has been updated from a Higher National Diploma (HND) to a Foundation Degree in Engineering (FdEng) for students starting from September 2026.<br/>If you are currently enrolled on the HND programme, this change will not affect your studies, and you will still receive an HND qualification upon successful completion of the course.<br/>Build your future<br/>This course is for students who have completed their A Levels, or electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, facility managers looking to change their careers. Our expert staff will nurture and support anyone looking after Mechanical and Electrical (M&S) systems and wanting to develop their skillset further.<br/><br/>Alongside M&E systems, we’ll cover energy conservation and environmental impact. In line with modern engineering practice, you’ll also develop your management and communication skills, helping you to realise your full career potential. With new major projects in London and the raised focus on the environment and sustainability, there is an increasing demand for professionals graduating from this course.<br/><br/>Students will be supported in looking for work placements or internships in the building industry.
