The programme will extend and progress your knowledge and understanding of the needs and characteristics of learners to enable you to support and develop inclusive environments.
The course aims to develop innovative ways of enhancing the skills of teaching and learning support staff to reflect current practice in schools and the needs of the employer as well as link theory to create effective practitioners.
