The BA (Hons) Electronic Music & Creative Technology (Online) allows you to develop the creative, technical and professional skills required for a future in electronic music and the wider creative industries, wherever you're based. You'll study alongside a global community of producers, DJs, performers, composers and creative technologists while learning from professionals with real-world industry experience.
Through an engaging online curriculum, you'll create original music, design innovative sonic experiences and explore the technologies shaping contemporary music creation. From production, composition and sound design to spatial audio, immersive media, live performance and emerging creative technologies, you'll build practical expertise through projects that reflect current industry practice.
Alongside your creative development, you'll examine the cultural movements and technological innovations that continue to shape electronic music worldwide. You'll also develop research, entrepreneurial and professional skills that can support a wide range of opportunities across music and the creative industries.
Designed specifically for online learning, the course combines flexible study with live interactive sessions, collaborative projects and regular tutor feedback.
