Pathways have been aligned to IfATE occupational standards.<br/><br/>It provides students with an exciting and informative study programme that stimulates and challenges students.<br/><br/>The course is designed to develop students’ sustainable business management skills, knowledge and understanding to achieve high performance and deliver sustainable business activities to drive business and the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability agenda.<br/><br/>In your first year as an HND Sustainable Business Management student, you will focus on gaining a sound theoretical and practical understanding of sustainable business management through the development of your knowledge and skills in the foundations of sustainability, the business environment, leadership and management and corporate governance and ethics.<br/><br/>You will go on to develop a deeper understanding of corporate social responsibility, organisational behaviour and topics such as change management and team and individual development.
