This course educates students in the skills, knowledge, and critical ability to provide person-centred care to people who, at any stage of life, may have a range of health challenges.<br/><br/>Students will work with families, communities and individuals to support and promote health and wellbeing. They work in partnership with individuals who experience long-term health challenges to enable self-management and recovery. Student Nurses provide support to individuals at all stages throughout the life cycle, including end of life care. Students may also have the opportunity to attend a conference to participate in a learning abroad experience in either year two or year three.
