The BSc nursing has been designed to prepare the future nurse for working within today’s health and social care services. This course educates students in the skills, knowledge, and critical ability to provide person-centred care to people who, at any stage of life, may have a range of health challenges.<br/><br/>Students will work with families, communities and individuals to support and promote health and wellbeing. They work in partnership with individuals who experience long-term health challenges to enable self-management and recovery. Student Nurses provide support to individuals at all stages throughout the life cycle, including end of life care. Students may also have the opportunity to attend a conference to participate in a learning abroad experience in either year two or year three.
