Youll develop as a Radiotherapy and/ or Oncology Advanced Practitioner enhancing your clinical, leadership, research and education skills, linking with the Multi professional framework for Advanced Clinical Practice.<br/><br/>**How you learn** <br/>All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive.<br/><br/>The modules on this course are designed to encourage you to critically reflect on your role and further enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.<br/><br/>You’ll gain knowledge and skills around expert practice, leadership, ethical and legal elements of the field. You will also develop your research skills to improve patient care.
