You’ll begin by exploring the foundations of business management, studying business models from a broad variety of sectors. You’ll also discover how to champion environmental, social and ethical practices – examining the future challenges posed by cultural, digital and technological change. <br/><br/>As the course progresses, you’ll be introduced to psychological principles, learning how to apply these in a business management context. You’ll examine what drives us, from brain physiology to social groups, as well as our individual differences in personality and motivation.<br/><br/>Through this, you’ll learn how to understand and support teams, building a brand culture where everyone can thrive – both as individuals and as a team. This must include at least 64 points from 2 A Levels or equivalent BTEC qualifications. For example: BBC-BBB at A Level DDM in BTEC Extended Diploma Merit overall from a T level qualification A combination of qualifications, which may include AS levels, EPQ and general studies.
An Access to HE Diploma with at least 45 credits at level 3 and 15 credits at level 2. At least 15 level 3 credits must be at merit grade or above, from a QAA-recognised Access to HE course, or an equivalent Access to HE certificate.
