The BSc Business Management (Modern Languages) with a Foundation Year is a programme designed for the student who wants to excel and reach the top level of global business management practice but does not yet have the required qualifications. <br/><br/>The four-year course provides students with a broad range of expertise across the areas of business and management (such as marketing, operations, finance, accounting, strategy and human resource management) as well as offering a range of cutting-edge specialist optional modules. The BSc Business Management (Modern Languages) with a Foundation Year, is designed for students who have an interest in both business management and modern languages. It encompasses essential aspects of business and management, while also giving you the opportunity to acquire competence in a modern language. <br/><br/>In the first year, you will explore various languages through taster sessions, allowing you to experience Mandarin, French, Italian, German, and Spanish before selecting one language as your focus. In the second year, you will follow Beginners’ language modules, while in the final year, youll advance to the intermediate level. As your studies progress you will also learn how to use your foreign language in a professional environment.<br/>The foundation year is taught at The College, on Bay Campus.
