You build a strong understanding of core mechanical engineering principles and develop the analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills needed for professional practice. Advance your career and build on existing qualifications – an ideal progression route if you hold a QCF Level 5 Higher National Diploma or equivalent in an engineering or technology discipline.
Explore mechanical engineering technology, sustainable engineering systems and Industry 4.0, equipping you with knowledge of eco-friendly technologies and the latest in automation, data exchange and smart manufacturing. Engineering design principles are explored to encourage creativity and technical proficiency in creating innovative and practical solutions.
