If you do not pass Maths nor Chemistry at H3, as they are required for prior learning a minimum grade of H6/O4 is required in addition to an H3 in one of the subjects above. The minimum requirement for English is H6/O4. There may be an opportunity for applicants without Chemistry to meet this requirement by completing an online Ulster University chemistry module in early September.

Provided the above subject requirement is met you can substitute a combination of alternative qualifications recognised by the University for one of the A level grades.
