Our top-ranking law degree will give you a solid foundation of legal knowledge and an opportunity for you to explore a wide range of legal topics. You will be taught by world-leading academics, in the vibrant and diverse city of Bristol, who actively impact law, policy and practice.<br/><br/>An understanding of more than one legal tradition, language and culture can open up a world of opportunity. On this four-year, joint honours course, you will study either French, German or Spanish to degree level alongside Law.<br/><br/>Starting from A-level standard (or the equivalent) in your chosen language, you will develop your language and cultural knowledge to degree level, as well as take core units in civil and common law - the worlds most prominent legal traditions. You will spend your third year at a partner university in a country in which your language is spoken.
