It focuses on accounting standards and the impact of leading standard-setting authorities, as well as international capital markets and topical issues in finance.<br/><br/>It will expose you to contemporary debates and demonstrate how to apply theory to real-world issues in accounting, finance, management and strategy. It will also demonstrate the challenges involved in applying these theories.<br/><br/>The degree offers ACCA exemptions from papers F1-F4 (the papers have been renamed as Applied Knowledge AB, Applied Knowledge MA, Applied Knowledge FA and Applied Skills LW).
