You will have many opportunities to build your skills, confidence, and professional CV with the help of the Law School’s unique employability programme and through extra-curricular activities such as mooting (“mock trials”), negotiation, client interviewing, mediation, and legal triathlon competitions. <br/><br/>Throughout your degree, you will receive guidance and constructive feedback to help you improve your work and develop important skills, such as research, writing, and constructing reasoned arguments. This will enable you to engage skillfully with the law and develop transferrable skills for your chosen career. <br/><br/>Our careers events with law firms, barrister chambers, and alumni create great opportunities to network and discover options after graduation. Students can make a difference in the local community by volunteering with UEA Law Clinic, which has won the national LawWorks Best Partnership in Pro Bono award four times.
