Core modules cover key areas of sports business, enterprise and innovation, event operations, and global issues. You will also choose from a wide range of optional modules across sport science and business, so you can tailor your degree to your interests and career goals. BSc Sport Business Management has been designed to complement the MSc Sports Management programme, and the curriculum is clearly differentiated providing the foundations to this discipline area at UG level allowing for progression of advanced study at PGT level. The UG programme introduces you to the behind the scenes of sports business and related public and third sectors in the provision of sport and wider leisure products and services. The UG curriculum has been created to ignite student interest to alternative career paths alongside our established BSc sport and exercise sciences programme. All modules on this proposed programme at UG level introduce the principles of sport and business, focusing at frontline and operational level, whilst the MSc Sports Management curriculum develops these concepts strategically and progressing advanced skills and knowledge in leadership and management.
