**Why Marketing (Consumer Cultures)?**<br/>Gaining a greater understanding of consumers is fundamental to marketing and helps develop better products and marketing campaigns that win hearts and minds. This degree offers you the tools and experience in, and out, of the classroom to develop your passions for creativity and move into a professional role. You will draw on the expertise of lecturers with extensive professional credentials and research experience and be inspired by industry guest speakers, including those who graduated from the University. The course is underpinned by a deep understanding of professional practice and academic concepts.<br/><br/>You’ll learn in the new state-of-the-art School of Business and Technology at our Oxstalls campus, giving you access to facilities including a consumer behaviour lab, to technology such as body scanners and to world-leading marketing simulation software, BrandPRO. This will help equip you with the knowledge and skills to utilise modern-day marketing practices including the innovative management of virtual online stores.
