You’ll learn how to research, write and present your ideas. Youll also gain soft skills like groupwork, communication and note-taking.<br/><br/>You’ll explore contemporary issues in sport and wellbeing, as you engage in key debates and discussions. You’ll create a project or portfolio on a topic that interests you. You’ll think critically, reflect on your learning, and present your ideas clearly. These skills will help you succeed in university and beyond.<br/><br/>Upon successful completion of your foundation year, you can progress on to our Sport and Exercise Science degree. Youll focus on physiology, psychology and biomechanics, giving you an in-depth understanding of movement.
