RIBA Part I is awarded on completion of the degree.<br/><br/>• Accredited by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) for the purpose of a Part 1 qualification.<br/><br/>• Validated by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) at Part 1 level for the purpose of eligibility for membership of the RIBA.<br/><br/>This programme is available with either a Year in China or a Year Abroad. The Year in China offers undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), following XJTLUs BA China Studies degree classes. XJTLU is a fully English-speaking university, located in Suzhou. The Year Abroad offers students the opportunity to spend a full academic year studying at one of our partner universities around the world, following a mixture of culture and/or discipline-related modules. If you wish to study this programme with a Year in China or a Year Abroad you will have the opportunity to apply after you arrive at Liverpool.

Extended Project
A
Applicants who offer the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and meet our offer criteria will be made the standard offer, plus an alternative offer. This will be at one A Level grade lower plus a grade A in the EPQ, for example the offer would be AAA or AAB plus A in the EPQ.

Typical offer AAA. We will consider applicants with lower grades, subject to a strong portfolio submission or Selection Workshop attendance. There are no specific subject requirements but you will be required to submit an art-based portfolio.
T Level
Accepted T Level: Construction (Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction pathway). Acceptable with a suitable portfolio with grades: Distinction overall, with a grade A in the Core and a Distinction in the Specialism
