This programme develops advanced knowledge across key business disciplines including Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Marketing, Strategic and Operations Management, Information Communications Technology, Accounting and Finance, and Economics.<br/><br/>You will explore major changes shaping modern organisations, while developing strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The programme prepares graduates with the professional capabilities needed for responsible decision-making and careers across a wide range of business sectors.<br/><br/>Our Minor in Catalan is designed to develop exceptional linguistic competence, enabling students to reach proficiency by the completion of their studies. Through rigorous and progressive language training, you will refine advanced skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Teaching is enriched by authentic cultural texts and contemporary news materials, fostering informed engagement with society across Catalan-speaking regions. A dynamic programme of extracurricular activities further enhances your experience, while an optional Year Abroad strengthens fluency and deepens intercultural understanding. Studying Catalan strengthens your CV, signalling initiative, adaptability and specialist expertise sought by employers at home and internationally.<br/><br/>Most Combined Degrees allow you to adapt the weighting of each by 25% after the first year, helping you to keep your options open. Please note, however, students studying either a Business or Economics pathway in combination with another subject cannot increase from 25% to 50% or from 50% to 75% and it is not possible to transfer from a 50% to 75% Law.
