You will be able to develop your legal skills and understanding whilst dividing your time equally between law and another subject. Law permeates and affects culture and society, and is a perfect complementary field of study to many other subjects. Studying law at 50% works particularly well with a number of other programmes in the humanities and social sciences, for example criminology, business and politics. Please note that if you opt for a 50:50 (Joint) programme involving Law (programmes titled Law and, these do not satisfy the academic requirements of becoming either a barriste...

Please note that if you opt for a 50:50 (Joint) programme involving Law (programmes titled Law and, these do not satisfy the academic requirements of becoming either a barrister or solicitor. You will graduate with a BA (Hons). It is also not possible to increase the Law component of a 50/50 programme at the end of your first or second year, due to the requirement to complete specific modules as part of an LLB. If you choose a 75:25 Law with programme, you will graduate with a LLB (Hons).
