All of our modules centre on real world issues and application, such as food security, climate change, energy security, pollution and natural hazards.<br/>In addition to bespoke environmental science classes, our degree allows you to choose from a range of modules in biology, ecology, physical geography, and earth climate and ocean sciences, so that you can shape your degree to suit your particular areas of interest and career pathway.<br/><br/>This progreamme is accredited by the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) for the purpose of eligibility to apply for associate membership.<br/><br/>This programme is available with either a Year in China or a Year Abroad. The Year in China offers undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), following XJTLUs BA China Studies degree classes. XJTLU is a fully English-speaking university, located in Suzhou. The Year Abroad offers students the opportunity to spend a full academic year studying at one of our partner universities around the world, following a mixture of culture and/or discipline-related modules. If you wish to study this programme with a Year in China or a Year Abroad you will have the opportunity to apply after you arrive at Liverpool.
