You’ll learn to play a key role in developing knowledge, and to influence best practice and policy in the workplace, both today and in the rapidly changing workplace of the future.<br/><br/>Taught by the School of Psychology and the University of Sussex Business School, you’ll gain valuable skills and knowledge in:<br/><br/><br/>- psychological assessment at work<br/><br/><br/>- learning, training and development<br/><br/><br/>- leadership, engagement and motivation<br/><br/><br/>- wellbeing and work<br/><br/><br/>- organisational design, change and development.<br/><br/><br/>The course will also cover issues relevant to the future of work, bringing you the latest thinking on a range of topics such as digital connectivity and agile working practices, emotions and wellbeing at work, managing work conflict, relational attachment at work, attitudes to diversity, and modern leadership. Throughout the course, there’s a strong emphasis on issues around equality, diversity and inclusion.<br/><br/>**Internships**<br/>You may have the opportunity to secure an internship through our local professional partnerships and professional psychologist mentors, along with applied research project offerings.<br/><br/>**Accreditation**<br/>You’ll join the EQUIS and AMBA-accredited University of Sussex Business School.<br/><br/><br/>- Accredited against the requirements for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society (BPS).<br/><br/><br/>We understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision.
