Business Management with People Management Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) - BA (Hons)

Nurture and manage a workforce effectively with strong business and people management (HR) skills. You'll gain all the expertise you need to become a great people manager.

From recruitment and talent management to business strategies, you'll develop a specialist knowledge of HR (People Management). This means applying all of your people management capabilities to help make employees happy, healthy and able to work to the best of their abilities.

You'll cover topics like recruitment and talent management, and at the same time gain an understanding of how the business side operates.

Work placement and study abroad opportunities

There are work placements and study abroad opportunities, and regular guest speakers from industry. We actively encourage you to enhance your CV through real-world projects like the international IBM Business Challenge.
