How you will learn
We aim for innovative and engaging ways of teaching to ensure you have the best learning experience. This means you will learn through a combination of lectures and smaller, interactive seminars or workshops in which you will gain theoretical and practical knowledge.
You can study this course full- or part-time and choose your own timetable for the core/compulsory modules selecting whether to study them in the daytime or evening.
Placement route
If you opt for the full-time Placement route on this course, it will give you the opportunity to develop your international business skills in the workplace and apply learning from your degree in a professional setting to further increase your employability when you graduate. Please note that this option is not available for students who require a Student visa to study in the UK.
Foundation Year
If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study. It is ideal if you are returning to study after a gap, or if you have not previously studied the relevant subjects, or if you didn't achieve the grades you need for a place on your chosen undergraduate degree.

Our 'with Foundation Year' route is designed to give you extra support as it provides you with an additional year (full-time) or two years (part-time) of supported study. This is an ideal route if you are returning to study after a gap, or if you have not previously studied this subject, or if you did not achieve the grades you need for a place on this degree. Once you successfully complete your Foundation Year studies, you will automatically advance onto the main degree.

If you do not hold this level of qualification you may be required to carry out a skills audit at a selection evening, which comprises English and mathematics. This audit assesses your potential to cope with, and benefit from, a particular programme of study.
